Small Guns   The use of pistols, rifles, shotguns and other small firearms.   1
Big Guns   The use of bigger guns, like rocket lauchers and miniguns.   2
Energy Weapons   The use of lasers, plasma and other high-tech weapons.   3
Unarmed   Using your fists and feets in hand-to-hand combat.   4
Melee Weapons   The use of knives, spears and other melee weapons.   5
Throwing   How well you can aim a thrown object, like a grenade.   6
First Aid   The healing of minor wounds.   7
Doctor   The healing of major wounds and crippled limbs.   8
Sneak   The art of moving silently.   9
Lockpick   The skill of opening locked doors and items.   10
Steal   The art of acquiring what is not yours.   11
Traps   The skill of spotting, disarming and setting traps and explosives.   12
Science   Knowledge of all things scientific, like chemistry and computers.   13
Repair   The practical application of the Science skill, used to fix broken things. With a repair kit, it can be used to reapair vehicle damage.   14
Piloting   The operation of Vehicles. A higher piloting skill will improve the speed of a vehicle in combat.   15
Barter   The skill of trading items. A good Barter skill will improve the value of your items, letting you get more for your money.   16
Gambling   The skill of dice, cards and other gambling games.   17
Outdoorsman   The knowledge of plants, animals and outdoor living.   18

With this tool you can get a hunch about the kind of stats and levels you need, at the very least, to model your characters.

Click on New Char to begin. This page shows you all the perks, that is available in the game and by selecting them you can get a view of the kind of Attributes, Skill level and Character level that you need in order to pick them eventually.
